
Cortland Brand Advertising Connects With Residents
A natural extension of the Cortland rebrand, their new brand advertising campaign was developed in collaboration with an external agency partner. The campaign was launched through traditional out of home billboards, bus and train wraps as well as more modern applications like sidewalk graphics, brand activations and all digital platforms. Clever copy drives home Cortland’s resident first philosophy which has redefined the multifamily apartment industry and set a new standard in the level of service a community is expected to provide it’s residents.
